RETURNS POLICY:

Hand crafted jewelry and handbags cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded from the time the fabrication begins. Please carefully check the images, title and prices before making any payments. If you require further information please do contact us via email and we will reply within 48 hours.



We can only give exchange for wrongly sent items and faulty, not because the color is not exactly what it is in the image. Please remember that due to the resolution the colors and size is not 100% accurate. Faulty products should be returned in 14 days upon receipt and will paid for by the buyer. Please make sure that you will put in the declared value + description: FAULTY PRODUCTS TO RETURN. We do not give refund, we only give EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENTS.

ACCURACY OF PRODUCT IMAGES:

The fact that all products are made to order the chance of making EXACTLY the same color and/or size are very small. Colors, shapes and sizes may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All products will come from the Philippines. Orders that are shipped outside the Philippines might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused we will deduct a restocking fee of 20% of the total order including shipping charges.

Due to varying custom laws, we cannot tell you if you will incur custom fees. We strongly advise that you check with your local customs department for the particulars in your case!

Shipping of Freshwater Pearls and South Sea Pearls is via Fed Ex with a maximum value of USD 500.00. We strongly advise the buyers to come to Philippines and pick it by themselves to avoid higher tax on both sides.

Typographical Errors
